"Memories of Sprotbrough Hall"
The Sprotbrough estate operated for some 800 years until 1926 when the Hall was closed. The film is introduced by the 7th Baron Cromwell who donated hundreds of previously unseen photos. It includes an interview with 102 year old Sabina Stirland who was a housemaid there in the 1920's. She gives a fascinating insight into the daily life at the hall, the staff, her job, events and of the family who lived there.
