Media Productions is so proud to have created this very special and unique
Calendar for the sole purpose of raising funds for Cancer research.
Back in September 2007, Klaude. who works at Focus Media with her husband who
owns the company, was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer.
The experience, although quite unnerving at times, was, as she calls it: : "A
Blessing". She says that it brought her back to living a more purposeful life.
She started designing the Calendar while recovering from a second surgery back
in February 2008. 'The concept was to find willing participants who would agree
to submit themselves to a professional photo shoot as well as contribute their
stories of hope and faith.
This calendar is meant to celebrate life. To give hope to people going through
the disease as well as cherish the ones that have made it through successfully.
It can also be used as a reminder to someone who is blessed with great health
not to take it for granted and to live life to the very fullest on a daily
basis.
A photo shoot was held in Brantford at the "Inspirational Hearts" boutique.
(They are co-sponsors of this project. Their unique boutique caters to people
who are directly or indirectly affected with and by Cancer).
Many people contributed to the success of this shoot. It was a wonderful
experience for all involved.
Our goal
To raise $100,000 for Cancer Research Please help us reach this great goal by
purchasing one of these calendars.
They are only $10 for a "one of a kind" 16 month calendar. 100% proceeds of the
sale of this Calendar will be donated to Cancer Research.
